Each comes with extensive experience in home care as well as other industries which combine to bring a level of creativity, efficiency and care to our agency that benefits each client and family. Amy Patrick

COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Amy is a graduate of Indiana University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She has worked as a PT for over 20 years in a variety of settings including hospitals, home health, rehab units, and senior care facilities. The list of organizations she has served with includes Johns Hopkins, MUSC, Roper St Francis, and East Cooper Medical Center. 

 

Amy has been a certified instructor for Dementia Dialogues, a five part learning experience designed to educate caregivers to assist patients exhibiting signs and symptoms associated with Alzheimer's Disease or related Dementia.  Amy also uses her experience and training to educate members of the community and individuals on dementia care. She has a heart for her clients and works hard to develop care plans and manage their care based upon each clients individual needs. Amy has been a community relations coordinator with We Care Home Care since 2015.

Jennifer Bragg

COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Jen earned her Master of Social Work from East Carolina University and have a background working as a case manager in a hospital setting. She always seeks to help others and is dedicated to helping families through problem solving, support and resource allocation. Her father is a caregiver for her mother and as a family have learned first hand how difficult caring for a loved one can be, and that even the strongest of people need help from others and time for themselves. Jen is excited to be a part of the We Care team and she looks forward to working with facilities and families to develop the best Care Plans to help people stay home, where they are most comfortable!

Adrienne Moultrie

MANAGER OF SCHEDULING

Adrienne is the manager of scheduling for We Care. She keeps our clients covered with the best caregivers in the business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She works hand in hand with our care management team to make sure each client has the caregiver that best suits their needs. Adrienne has been with We Care for the 10 years and is a true joy to work with.

Patty Mills

MANAGER OF ADMINISTRATION

Patty Mills is a native of Columbia and has vast experience in the insurance and home care fields. She enjoys using her experience in these fields to help our clients with filing their long term care insurance benefits and assisting our caregivers with payroll related issues. Patty enjoys talking with our clients and helping them with any of their account related questions..

Scott Myers

MANAGING PARTNER

With a background in small business management, Scott focuses on being efficient and providing value for both his clients and his caregivers. We Care Home Care is now a leading provider of senior in home care in Charleston County Beyond. As Managing Partner, he oversees all aspects of the agency, working hard to deliver consistent and exceptional care. His care team has assisted hundreds of families as they maneuver through the aging and healing process. He is ready to serve you should you or your family need his services.
