National Social Worker Month

March is National Social Worker month. Across the country, we are celebrating are often underappreciated social workers. Social Workers provide a crucial service to our society by looking out for those who are less fortunate. They work incredibly hard and lift communities up. We here at We Care Home Care want to especially thank our own social worker, Jen Bragg.

Jen earned her Master of Social Work from East Carolina University and have a background working as a case manager in a hospital setting. She always seeks to help others and is dedicated to helping families through problem solving, support and resource allocation. Her father is a caregiver for her mother and as a family have learned first hand how difficult caring for a loved one can be, and that even the strongest of people need help from others and time for themselves. Jen is excited to be a part of the We Care team and she looks forward to working with facilities and families to develop the best Care Plans to help people stay home, where they are most comfortable!
